How the onboarding works
A clear setup process with no improvisation. Each step protects the owner and raises the guest standard.
1) Intro call & assessment
We review location, apartment condition, revenue potential, and whether the cooperation model makes sense.
2) Contract & rules
We define the fee, responsibilities, procedures, and service standards. Everything is written down.
3) Apartment setup
Checklist, supplies, house rules, and guest guide. Optional upgrades if needed.
4) Smart lock (recommended)
Install and configure a smart lock (or a key lock box as an alternative). Secure and simple self check-in.
5) Connect to our central system
We connect Airbnb, Booking, Apartmani U Beogradu, Bookaweb and other channels via a PMS + channel manager, syncing calendar and pricing.
6) Listing optimisation
Title, description, rules, pricing, photos, and listing structure. Goal: better ranking and more bookings.
7) Go-live & daily operations
From that point we run day-to-day: guests, check-in/out, cleaning, maintenance, and support.
