What you get with the native version

Faster, smoother, native

The web version stays great and works everywhere. The native app adds things only the OS can give you — and takes a load of heavy lifting off the platform.

Push notifications

Lock-screen alerts for new bookings, status changes, today's check-ins, task assignments. Tapping the notification opens the exact detail in the app.

Face ID and fingerprint

Unlock the app without typing a password. The refresh token lives in the system Keychain (iOS) or EncryptedSharedPreferences (Android) — keys never leave the TEE/Strongbox enclave.

Faster than web

Native rendering without browser chrome. Instant tap, smooth scrolling, no page loads.

Native gestures and haptics

Swipe back, button-tap haptics, native modals. The app behaves like part of the phone.

Home screen icon

One tap from your home screen — no browser, no tabs to lose. Works like a true native app.

PDFs straight to Files

Invoices and reports save directly into the native file manager — Files on iOS, Downloads on Android — with one tap.

Native share

Send a booking or invoice straight to WhatsApp, Viber, or mail through the phone's native share sheet.

Full-screen experience

No URL bar, no tabs, no browser menu. The entire screen dedicated to the platform.

Launch plan

When they arrive

Realistic estimates, not marketing fluff. v1 launch is imminent — push notifications and biometric unlock have been live in production since end of April 2026. Offline mode lands in v2. The exact launch date is announced in the changelog.

  1. Phase 1Done

    Capacitor shell + native polish

The app wraps the web code and ships native plugins (haptics, status bar, keyboard). Galaxy S10 and other older Android devices got a dedicated polish round. Completed April 2026.

  2. Phase 2Done

    Push notifications + biometric unlock

FCM (Android) and APNs (iOS) via Firebase. 7 event types: new booking, status change, cancellation, today's check-in/out, task assigned, trial reminder. Plus Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint with the refresh token stored in the system Keychain / EncryptedSharedPreferences. Completed April 2026.

  3. Phase 3In progress

    Android — Google Play

Identity verification passed. Up next: keystore, assets, signed AAB, internal testing track, production rollout.

  4. 4
    Phase 4Queued

    iOS — App Store

D-U-N-S number obtained. Apple Developer enrollment is in manual review. TestFlight beta starts once Apple approves the account.

  5. 5
    Phase 5Queued

    Offline mode (v2)

Local cache for bookings, calendar and guests with a smart sync queue once connectivity returns. A big piece of work for v2 — comes after v1 proves stable in production.
